COUPLES THERAPY
Finding a way to move forward
In a relationship, you are merging two distinctly different minds. Each partner processes the world, emotions, and stress in their own unique way. Over time, when these differing perspectives clash as life changes- economic changes, death, children, relocation, health- it can lead to painful, repetitive arguments where both of you may feel lonely, unheard, or completely misunderstood.
My goal in working with couples is to create a safe, neutral space where neither partner is blamed or judged. Instead of determining who is "right," we focus on uncovering the patterns you may be inadvertently repeating.
We will closely examine how each of you experiences the world—whether shaped by your individual backgrounds, neurodivergence, past trauma, or simply how your minds function. By understanding these differences, we can help you listen to each other more effectively, heal old wounds, and find a clear path forward together.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our first session is a gentle 50-minute consultation. During this time, we will discuss what has been happening in your relationship, what changes you both want to make, and how it feels to work together. No pressure to have everything figured out right away.
If it feels like a good fit, we can schedule regular weekly sessions. I offer both short-term therapy focused on specific issues and long-term therapy for deeper support. We will meet for 50 minutes once a week, with each session costing £120.
Sessions are available in person at my Archway studio (N19) or online via Zoom. Since my practice is fully bilingual, we can conduct our sessions in English, Spanish, or a mix of both languages, depending on what feels most comfortable for you as a couple.
